This documentary deals with the stories, achievements and difficulties of women boxers and footballers. Their stories are told from the point of view of their daily lives where sport, family live and relationships intermingle in a complex and often contradictory whole. All these women share the desire to triumph in sports normally considered to be men´s sports. Some of them pursue their dream while working at other jobs such as driving taxis, selling tacos or being lawyers. They are not women victims, trapped in the family or in marriage; for the simple reason that they are still fighting, they have not accepted defeat. This documentary looks at the feminine aspect of these sports and the unfairness that there is.

oñita viene a la Capital Mexicana, con el objeto de mejorar sus condiciones de vida, pero ella se verá obligada a ejercer la Prostitución. Documental que tiene por objeto concientizar a mujeres menores de edad migrantes de comunidades rurales, que se trasladan a la ciudad de México en busca de empleo pero en su intento se ven inmersas en las redes de la prostitución y la delincuencia organizada. El Instituto de las Mujeres del DF realizó éste video sobre el enganchamiento de niñas de 12 y 13 años que son obligadas a prostituirse en zonas como La Merced. Además se busca erradicar la falsa idea de que una mujer puede pararse en una esquina y ejercer la prostitución por su cuenta. "Esto no es cierto, los espacios son también de poder, y los controlan incluso policías a través de madrotas", explicó la autora tras la exposición del video.

El 31 de Julio de 1999, Paulina quedó embarazada a los trece años, como consecuencia de una violación. Después de enterarse de que estaba embarazada, Paulina decidió abortar. Las leyes en Baja California permiten el aborto en casos de violación, pero funcionarios públicos lograron, con base de engaños, que Paulina desistiera de su intención. El caso de Paulina es emblemático porque evidencia las limitaciones en materia de políticas públicas que garanticen el acceso al aborto a víctimas de violación.
