Película que presenta la historia del rápido ascenso y caída de Librado, un alegre ranchero productor de tomate que viaja a la capital en busca de vender su producto, pero que habrá de enfrentarse a la cerrada economía de la oferta y la demanda al darse cuenta que los puesteros del mercado están sometidos a un monopolio distribuidor, a una mafia de golpeadores que les venden “protección” y a los inspectores de mercados, que ya se saben corruptos por antonomasia.
Tito is a swindler who plans to appropriate a large sum of money supposedly sent abroad by airplane, with the complicity of Carlos, the cashier of a big company, who must put a time bomb aboard the airplane while keeping the money. Waiting for the plan to develop, Tito enjoys the company of the North American starlet stripper Rita, but he seduces a Mexican chorus girl, and the two women eventually fight over him.
