Un boxeador aficionado es sorprendido por un famoso ventrílocuo robando en su camerino y surge la pelea. Un traicionero amigo del ventrílocuo aprovecha la ocasión para asesinarlo y quedarse con su prometida para montar juntos un espectáculo y culpar al boxeador del asesinato. Cuando sus planes parecen que se cumplen, una serie de hechos sobrenaturales atormentarán al susodicho personaje y empezará a vivir una pesadilla.

El siniestro doctor Hichcock, un médico que vive una aparente vida cómoda y aburguesada, en realidad esconde un secreto que sólo comparte con su criada y con su esposa: la necrofilia.
