Carlos es un ex-convicto buscando un trabajo donde gane mucho dinero, sin tener que trabajar mucho. Luego de discutirlo con su compañero de celda, ambos deciden que el único trabajo con esas descripciones es ser político en Puerto Rico. Carlos decide decide lanzarse a gobernador, como todo político siempre buscando lo mejor para su país, y claro, buscando lo mejor para él.
