Los sueños no son controlados por un guión, y en la película "Angeli", tampoco son controlados por una secuencia de comandos, los sueños de los pacientes de un hospital. Bajo la influencia de los nuevos equipos electrónicos y la rítmica de los modernos hospitales, los viejos demonios de la esperanza y el miedo se mezclan en un ballet de vídeo polifónico y surrealista que refleja cuatro mentes diferentes y sus pasiones. Nuevas esferas de sueños, de los cuales Freud en su mundo orientado verbalmente, difícilmente podría tener apenas un indicio.
