Discover the highs and lows of being a queer kid in a straight family and vice versa in these six moving short films from Germany, Bulgaria, Israel, China and the United Kingdom. The short films are: Samira (2016); Pride [Чест] (2013); Lost and Found [אבידות ומציאות] (2015); Chaos Toad (2018); Sunken Plum [沉李] (2017); Escaping Gravity [Fliehkraft] (2013).

The film follows the story of Hadzi Trifun, a prominent Serbian merchant, who tries to keep the peace with the Turkish authorities, but also maintains his reputation and influence in Vranje, an important Turkish town near the border with liberated Serbia. While Trifun is preparing his two sons to succeed him as the leaders of the Serbian people, he is suffering not only from powerful Turkish beys, but also from his family. Trifun makes difficult decisions that will later affect his descendants, the heroes of the novel Impure Blood by Serbian writer Bora Stankovic.

This short follows Gregor Samsa from Franz Kafka's "The Metamorphosis". It is set in the modern world and shows the events leading up to Kafka's metamorphosis. Gregor is a young man working for a textile company, who breaks down mentally after his job becomes overwhelming. He slowly loses his sanity and touch with reality.

Parallel love stories of three young women in Berlin: Hannah - an unhappy attorney who sexually demeans herself in order to get at least some love and romance, Leni who runs a coffee shop and has just been ditched by her long term boyfriend, and Vivienne who ends up falling in love with a puppy-eyed pasta designer with 21 dogs.

Narra el drama de una familia tras el suicidio de Alexander, su hijo menor. Un año después, la madre (Corinna Harfouch) contrata al prestigioso pintor Max Hollander (Josef Bierbichler) para que haga un retrato del hijo perdido y de la hija mayor (Karoline Herfurth).
