Un fracasado sindicalista de Vera cruz, decide dar un nuevo giro a su vida encaminándose a las costas de Florida. Enfundado en una balsa improvisada y siguiendo el enloquecido plan de su viejo líder, transforma su antiguo taxi en El Acorazado Jarocho e intenta llegar a las costas de Estados Unidos antes de que la guardia costera lo descubra. Tratando de pasar por cubano que huye del comunismo, el viento y su ignorancia le juegan una mala broma.
An old violin maker has been killed and the investigators have only one clue: on the night of the crime, a blind street musician heard a melody playing in the house.
