Heido Selmet (born March 16, 1955) is an Estonian teacher and coach. He is a teacher of physical education and biology at Sikupilli Middle School in Tallinn. Heido Selmet is also the basketball coach of Sikupilli Middle School's boys' team, which became the Estonian champion. He played Visak in the movie "Spring".
