Somad and Biang Terona are sent by their master at Krakatau martial arts school to look for the rebellious student, Bodin, who is Somad’s real father. Bodin manages to marry the wife of a landlord and takes over the wealth but he becomes a dictator. His son, Tirta, also manages to displace Surya as inheritor of Bodin’s wealth. Surya is the son of Tirta’s mother with her previous husband. Finally, Biang Terona defeats Bodin, and Somad reveals that Bodin is his father. The film ends with the eruption of the Krakatau Volcano.

At his teacher’s urging, Lie studies martial arts under Saleh, together with another student, Rachmat. Lie awakens the competitive spirit in Taufik, one of the best fighters in the village, who challenges him to a friendly spar. But Taufik loses and then starts training again. So more fights are organised which becomes the main plot of the film.
Cobra
A fellow member in a martial arts school murders Indra’s teacher and Yanti’s father. But Indra and Yanti are told not to take revenge as their skills are still inferior. Indra and Yanti then move to the city. Here, Indra accidentally becomes a member of a syndicate and he earns a good living from it but his heart is not at peace. He intends to quit but then Yanti and her child are murdered by a member of the cobra syndicate. So he destroys the syndicate’s headquarters and faces the man who killed his teacher, the syndicate’s leader. Even though his skill is inferior, he manages to win in the end.
The Midwife (Praji Magic)
The film tells a story about Nyi Anis who uses black magic because she is vengeful towards her husband who has thrown her out of the house. The condition for the black magic is that she has to sacrifice a baby every full moon. She becomes the pretty Nyi Mayang. Her husband is willing to take her back. Trouble arises when her black magic teacher dies and she cannot return to her original form. The villagers then defeat her using prayers.
Jembatan Merah
Mbok Puspo’s cafe, at the edge of Kalimas, under Jembatan Merah or “Red Bridge”, is a meeting place for many. Mbok Puspo also sells rags for additional income while her adopted daughter, Sudiasih, runs the cafe and is the shining beauty of the place. The regulars are Ngawang, a small time thief who fails to make his wife happy; Kenanga, who becomes a prostitute to spite her husband; Siswanto, a student who does not have the courage to confess his love to Sudiasih; Pungguk the painter; a civil servant, and a postman. The love stories between Siswanto and Sudiasih; and Ngawang and Kenang are the central plots. Seeing Siswanto and Sudiasih’s love, Ngawang and Kenanga also find each other. Meanwhile, Mbok Puspo is in a dilemma when she receives a letter from her child, Sri Bidari, who was adopted by a rich family.
Perkawinan
Mas Tok, son of a rich family, is studying in Holland when he meets Inge, a staff of Nitou travel agency. They marry but cannot have a child due to Mas Tok’s illness. When they return to Indonesia, his parents disapprove of his marriage as they intended him to marry another girl. Mas Tok then returns to Europe to treat his illness. Meanwhile, Inge is made to leave by her parents-in-law when she is found pregnant and thought to be unfaithful. Mas Tok comes home to find his wife gone and blames his parents because the baby is his son. Mas Tok meets Inge again under a snow fall, much like when they first meet, only this time his parents are there to witness.
