Hannah es una chica adolescente que podría llegar a lo más alto si no fuese por la familia que tiene, pues está dentro del mundo de la violencia y de la droga, lo cual le causa muchos problemas. Vive con su tío Donny, que es drogadicto, pero que es el único que le hace caso. Los dos le temen al tío Frank, que es el que dirige el negocio familiar de la droga junto con su otro hermano, Bobby, el cual está loco. Su hermana se enamora de un traficante rival, lo que causa una guerra entre las dos familias. Hannah se da cuenta de que las dos no tienen escapatoria, por lo que comienza a idear un plan, que consistirá en enfrentar a las familias para tratar de ser libre de una vez por todas, lo cual no le va a resultad nada fácil. ¿Lo conseguirá? Si no lo hace al menos sabrá que lo ha intentado.
