Play se encarga de contratarlas para el concierto y cuenta con un influyente promotor, Showboat (Michael Colyar), pero repentinamente y sin esperarlo es despedido. Acto seguido, será sustituido por un nuevo manager. Ahora Play tiene que hallar la forma de reaccionar y enfrentarse a la imparable ira de las fuerzas de seguridad de la mujer de Showboat. Todo empieza a salirse de madre y simultáneamente Play ha de estar preparando la despedida de soltero de su amigo y, a la par, entreteniendo a los tres sobrinos de Kid recién llegados desde Detroit.
