Eugene es un joven tímido y con poca experiencia que acaba de llegar a vivir a un pequeño pueblo. Allí es víctima de las bromas de dos jovencitas mientras trabaja en el salón recreativo "Arcade". Pero un magnate local, cuya hija se pasa el día en el "Arcade", esta empeñado en cerrarlo ya que lo considera un lugar de perversión y malas costumbres que pueden dañar la moral de los jóvenes y especialmente la de su hija.
