Un ex miembro de una banda callejera llamado Aurelio (Tony Bravo) deja atrás su oscuro pasado y regresa al este de Los Ángeles para enseñar artes marciales a un joven llamado Paulo (Kamar de los Reyes) que ha sido testigo de un tiroteo y que además esta sediento de venganza, un tiroteo que ha sido provocado por un capo de la droga llamado Chesare (Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs) que está provocando enfrentamientos entre las distintas bandas para así reinar en las calles, además de que este capo organiza torneos para enfrentar a las bandas. Aurelio y Paulo trataran de acabar con ese reinado de terror.
