Nitobe and Sakamoto are childhood friends who now work at the front desk of a capsule hotel. Nitobe has a particular fondness for philosophy and crustaceans. Sakamoto, meanwhile, is fixated on suicide. The capsule hotel draws a variety of guests, including a Finnish mother who has lost her child, a fugitive woman, and a researcher studying Daphnia. None of their lives ever intersect. They exist, but never cross, like cells in a capsule hotel. The themes of life and death are explored through a fragmentary view of the characters’ lives.

Tokyo Family Court judicial research official Akira Yamanobo is in charge of Tetsuo and Ayano Katase's divorce arbitration. Ayano, the wife, who works for a boutique company, insists her husband is involved with another woman. Supported by her employer Kotomi Saegusa, the company president, she demands a divorce as soon as possible. On the other hand, her husband Tetsuo, a trading professional, denies having a relationship with a woman. He says he will not agree to the divorce and does not plan to let his only son Kenta go, so the arbitration continues. According to Akira's investigation, Ayano gave birth to Kenta as a single mother five years ago when she was working as a hospital clerk, making him Tetsuo's stepson. Tetsuo loves Kenta as his own child, so Akira doesn't understand why Ayano is so insistent on getting a divorce. However, Tetsuo's insistence on not giving up custody of his stepson Kenta is also very unusual.

Released as part of a Neo Action double bill with Tsujimoto Takanori's Hard Revenge, Milly, Kaneko Isao's The Masked Girl follows the giddy action adventures of a high school superheroine called upon to battle supreme evil. On the way home from school one day, high school girl Hoshino Ai (Shimizu Yuki) gets kidnapped by an evil crime organization called Joker, led by devil incarnate Black Maria (Sato Aiko). Ai manages to escape with the help of teacher Aoyama (Kida Tsuyoshi), but realizes she's gained superhero powers after being genetically modified by Joker. She reveals her problems to friend Yumi (Nakamura Shizuka), only to discover that Yumi also been genetically modified and brainwashed to serve Joker. Friends become foes as Ai is forced to fight Yumi, but that's only the beginning of the battle. To take down Black Maria and Joker, Ai must trade in her sailor skirt for superheroine threads, and become The Masked Girl!

A man’s body is found in the suburbs of Tokyo. The dead man was hit by a car and his head beaten by the reckless driver after the accident. The dead man had a wife named Noriko. She likes fancy things and she has a lover named Tsukada. It's also learned that the dead man was insured for 300 million yen. The media and the public look at Noriko and her boyfriend Tsukada with suspicion, but they have perfect alibis. Then, Detective Hibiki, who is in charge of the case, and Private Detective Kono become involved in a series of mysterious murder cases.

A magazine editor loses his wife to cancer and he keeps her ashes in a jar. When he begins dating her sister, he becomes overwhelmed with guilt.

Katayama is on the way home to his wife and little daughter when he stumbles on a gang of punks beating up an innocent man. Katamaya decides to help the stranger and surprisingly wins the fight. This turns out to be a bad decision as his daughter is kidnapped and murdered by the leader of the same band of young thugs. Katayama seeks revenge and tries to trace the gangs location.

Esta cinta de Pokemon es muy especial para los fans de la saga, pues es la primera en la cual Pikachu es el protagonista, o lo que es lo mismo, un hito dentro de la saga, aunque lo cierto es que no hay que ser fan de Pokemon para disfrutarla. En la cinta vemos a Ash, el entrenador de Pikachu y a sus amigos llegando a una especie de resort para Pokemon, un lugar en donde los Pokemon pueden estar libres y tranquilos, por lo que sus entrenadores se pueden relajar. Sin embargo, la tranquilidad no les dura mucho, pues enseguida oyen los llantos de Togepi, llantos que no deberían oírse en un lugar creado para que los Pokemon se sientan a gusto. Por eso, Ash, Pikachu y los demás se ponen a investigar, dando con la causa de los llantos: Raichu y su pandilla, los cuales no parecen muy dispuestos a que en el lugar reine la paz y la calma.

Un grupo de científicos ha estado trabajando en un laboratorio secreto, tratando de crear el Pokémon más fuerte que exista. Para ello, han tomado ADN de una muestra de cabello fosilizada del legendario Pokémon Mew, utilizando el código genético de la evasiva criatura para crear a Mewtwo mediante la ingeniería biológica. Ignorantes del poder de su creación, los científicos y sus laboratorios son destruídos por Mewtwo cuando se despierta. Airado con sus creadores, Mewtwo jura vengarse del mundo...

Space Investigator Justy arrives on Earth in pursuit of a dangerous bio-weapon, Debora, which has the ability to attach to living things and to control their consciousness and pass on to others through bodily contact. The only way to capture Debora is with a kiss, so Justy commandeers the body of a young man, Masayoshi, and has him kiss any person she suspects of being possessed by Debora.
