Un año después de la misteriosa desaparición de una niña de 8 años, nos encontramos con su afligida familia cuando regresan a casa de su funeral en su pequeña ciudad. Más tarde esa noche, aparecen luces extrañas en el bosque cercano y la familia está expuesta a un fenómeno inexplicablemente extraño que los sacude hasta el núcleo. El origen de las luces parece ser visitantes de otro mundo que aparentemente aterrorizan a la familia.
