Transcurre 1977 en Argentina. Cecilia, de siete años, aprende que no debe revelar su verdadera identidad en la escuela. Se acostumbra a fingir y a decir lo contrario de lo que piensa. Un día escribe una composición por encargo de las maestras y recibe un premio de manos de los militares, los mismos que probablemente mataron a su papá.
