Goofy se balancea en la jungla de árbol en árbol cuando se da cuenta de que el gran cazador blanco "Pato Donald" llega a puerto en su barco. Está buscando a un hombre salvaje de la jungla y Goofy se ofrece a Donald... si Donald puede atraparlo.

Pluto está trabajando como guardia en una zona costera. Cuándo está patrullando por una de las playas, presencia el nacimiento de una tortuguita. Ésta, a pesar de ser pequeña e indefensa, no tiene miedo a nada e intenta colarse, sigilosamente, en la zona que está restringida para disfrutar de un baño en el mar. Esta vez, Pluto consigue detenerla, pero la tortuga es muy obstinada y sigue queriendo traspasar el límite; lo que provocará más de un altercado con 'el agente' canino.

‎Donald tiene una noche desagradable cuando un misterioso vendedor de libros llega a su puerta y luego desaparece dejando a Donald con una colección de novelas. Lee una y se involucra tan plenamente en ella que parece que los personajes en realidad están saliendo del libro y entrando en su sala.

A narrator tells the story of how the Western pioneers (all being Goofy lookalikes) are travelling in covered wagons across the frontier. They run into some Indians (who are also Goofy lookalikes) and battle breaks out between them. Suddenly a tornado comes by and sweeps up the covered wagons, dropping them into various states such as "Wash", "Organ", and "Californy."

Goofy narrates his own quest to Africa accompanied by various tour guides. He is in search of wild game. After run-ins with various animals while camping for the night and taking his morning plunge (ruined by a hippo that takes all the water with him when exiting the pool), he sets off in search of the black rhinoceros. Unfortunately for Goofy, the rhino is prepared for Goofy (thanks to a stool pigeon bird resting on his horn) and charges him. Goofy tries his gun against the rhino but the rhino is still to much for Goofy so he leaves Africa and leaves the rhino for other hunters.

Aided by his horse, Percy, Goofy takes horsemanship to a new level.

Mickey's going golfing, and Pluto is his caddy. Besides the usual caddy duties, Pluto runs to the ball and points to it. But when the ball lands in a gopher hole, Pluto's got another task: chase the gopher. They eventually chase each other through a number of holes in a knoll where Mickey is trying to putt out, causing the knoll to collapse.

Mickey Mouse lies in bed like a lord, getting served breakfast by man's (and mouse's?) best friend Pluto as gentleman's gentleman. Next duty is to fetch the paper, but also pay for it with a coin for the vending machine, and those round things have a nasty habit of escaping a dog's teeth and bouncing over the pavement till they end up in the gutter. After enough attempts to fish and spend the penny, Pluto has a newspaper to carry the same way. The wind has a nasty way to get a better grip on page after page then the dog, so by the time he delivers the daily dose of printed news it's an embarrassingly muddy mess.

El pato Donald lee en la prensa que el precio de los huevos está subiendo a límites astronómicos. Consciente de que si tuviese muchos huevos se volvería rico, se a un gallinero cercano a recoger tantos huevos como puede. Pero el gallo del gallinero no está muy de acuerdo con la idea de Donald.

Mickey wants some of the cake Minnie has just baked, so he offers to clean up her yard. As he's working, a tiny tornado (smaller than him) with a mind of its own comes along and causes trouble. After Mickey finally chases the little twister off, it gets its big brother, which makes a grand mess of the yard. Most of the cartoon, except for the opening and closing, has no dialogue.

Pluto está remolcando a Donald en su pequeña barca, y se distrae con una rana, lo que hace que el bote se aleje.

Cuando un gigante amenaza al reino, un campesino malinterpreta la fanfarronada de Mickey de haber matado siete moscas de un soplido, interpretando que hablaba de gigantes. Ésto llega a oídos del Rey, y Mickey se ve forzado a pelar contra el gigante.

Della Pato, la hermana de Donald, manda a sus tres hijos Juanito, Jaimito y Jorgito a visitar a su tío..

A group of moths invades a costume shop through a badly plugged hole in a window and makes quick work of the contents. A male moth ignores his lady to chow down on a hat and she's soon seduced by a candle flame, which rapidly spreads. He notices her trapped in a spider web with the fire attacking and makes some attempts to save her, but pours benzene on the fire by mistake. The rest of the moths are summoned, and they fight the fire with water-filled bagpipes, an air drop with a water-filled funnel, etc., while our hero works to free his lady from the spider web.
