Natsuko Yotsuya is a teenager and she is also known as Bon. She lives in a town and has a friend, Miyu-chan, who lives with her boyfriend in Tokyo. Miyu-chan though is abused by her boyfriend. To bring back her friend back, Natsuko and her childhood friend Rintaro Tomoda, also known as Lin, go to Tokyo together. With the help of a man, who they met through an internet forum for "boys’ love" manga fans, they head to Miyu-chan's house.
Izumi Kawashima es una estudiante de secundaria cuyo hobby es calificar artículos de prensa diferenciándolos en función de si dan buenas o malas noticias. Un día encuentra una carteta con una gran suma de dinero y en lugar de devolverla su dueño, decide prestar una gran parte a un conocido para que pueda salvar su negocio. Después de un tiempo, devuelve la billetera a su dueño llamado Koki, un joven rico de la edad de Izumi. Cuando ve que falta una buena cantidad de dinero le obliga a crear un periódico en el que solo se puedan leer noticias felices para ayudar a uno de sus mejores amigos que está enfermo.
