Hoy Deep Purple está integrado por Ian Gillan (voz), Ian Paice (bateria), Roger Glover (bajo), Steve Morse (guitarra) y el mas nuevo miembro Don Airey (keyboards) quien entró por el 2001 y quien reemplazó a Jon Lord en teclados. De hecho por un tiempo estuvieron ambos tocando juntos, hasta que Lord se marchó. De ahí que ya sacaron dos discos con esta alineación y ahora se despachan con este DVD y Blu-Ray en vivo en Montreux, “Live At Montreux”. El concierto esta filmado en la última noche del festival, de este mismo año y a diferencia de sus shows habituales, este tiene incluido una orquesta conducida por Stephen “BK” Bentley-Klein.
