La historia transcurre en un escenario donde una empresa llamada la Corporación D3 con los experimentos del Dr. Sugita han convertido a casi toda la población en zombies. La protagonista es Aya, una guapa en bikini y con katana mágica que busca venganza en su hermana Saki, quien celosa de ella, mató a su padre, miembros del clan Imichi, y ahora está aliada con el Dr Sugita. Junto a ella viaja el gordo Katsuji, también en busca de venganza contra el Dr Sugita. A ellos se une Reiko, otra guapa armada y diestra de la recortada que ha perdido a su hija transformada en zombie y busca venganza. Los tres se dirigen hacia el edifico-fortaleza de la Corporación entre batallas y peleas con los zombies. Mientras, el Dr. Sugita sigue con sus experimentos con zombies y en la busqueda de sangre del clan Imichi para conseguir el zombie perfecto
