Un biólogo va a una remota cadena montañosa de Italia para estudiar la vida silvestre. Mediante cámaras situadas por él, recoge los datos día a día, revisando el material de archivo, el estudio del comportamiento de la fauna, a la caza de animales salvajes siempre esquivos. Un día, decide aventurarse más allá del río, y una vez lo cruza, éste aumenta su cauce y lo deja atrapado a la otra orilla. Vagando más y más profundamente en el bosque, encuentra un pueblo abandonado y se adentra en sus muros. While the original film's focus was the poetic and macabre dimension of the infamous Boston author, this sequel focuses instead on the bloody, violent and disturbing. Stories include 'The Pit and the Pendulum', 'Solo', 'Loss of Breath', 'The Murders in the Rue Morgue', 'The Tell-Tale Heart', 'The System of Dr. Tar and Prof. Feather', and 'The Premature Burial'... Like you've never seen before!
