A documentary about the death of Cadet Marco Amarilla in a military academy in Paraguay, a death that was initially reported as a suicide, but was revealed to be a cover-up in a country where dozens of other young men have died in military facilities.

Victoria is a taciturn and shabby young woman who walks around collecting herbs from the forest. She is homeless and sleeps in the open air. She believes in God and has kept her virginity. A young doctor called Juan Bautista, who suffers from chronic migraine, arrives in town to write his thesis on neurosurgery. Victoria falls in love with the doctor from the start. She asks help from her two-faced friend Malena who embellishes her. Malena even gives Victoria a new wardrobe and make-up. Victoria manages to be hired as the doctor's maid. Victoria makes an attempt to get closer to Juan Bautista supplying him with some herbs for his migraine trying to seduce him and to show her love for him.

Un viaje por los recuerdos se inicia en la detenida estación central del ferrocarril, con una mirada orgullosa hacia lo que éste alguna vez fue. Avanza por el viejo tendido de vías, donde lugares desolados revelan un secreto; el ferrocarril aún sigue vivo, en sus objetos, en sus espacios y sobre todo en la gente. Pequeñas anécdotas relatadas por ex-ferroviarios, vendedoras, niños, vecinos y pasajeros, proponen en un relato coral, un humanizado personaje del tren, que toma agua, grita y se va poniendo viejo.
