Esta es la historia de un triángulo amoroso entre tres adolescentes: Maria, Dragana y Robert. Las emociones exaltadas de los primeros amores tienen aquí un matiz, y es que los tres son pacientes internos de un centro para personas con discapacidad intelectual. En este acercamiento sensible (pero sin sensiblerías) a un mundo cerrado y normalmente oculto a ojos de la sociedad, Ikić se basó en un hecho real, y empleó como actores a tres jóvenes internos para interpretar a las enérgicas e impulsivas Maria y Dragana, y al distante y callado Robert en una historia que destapa una realidad terrorífica digna de Goethe o von Kleist.

Father Peter fears that the universe has become indifferent. God no longer intervenes in earthly affairs. Peter's wife abandoned him, his son disobeys him and his mother suffers from Alzheimer's and hardly ever recognizes him. When Peter becomes an obstacle to a large property sale in his small island parish, a group of interesting, but vengeful villagers decides to force him to leave. Using very creative methods, they convince the entire superstitious village that Peter is the cause of all the troubles on their island.

Alek (Gordan Kicic) is desperate because Teodora (Milica Mihajlovic) has left him after a three years being together. He is suffering, he is apathetic and is mentioning suicide constantly, he simply doesn't want to accept that the relationship is over. He has self-pitying sessions with his friend Bane (Milos Samolov) everyday. Despite Bane's advice, Alek keeps calling Teodora who has fallen in love with Nemanja (Branislav Trifunovic) in the meantime. However decisive and tough Teodora is when she is with Alek, she is as indulgent and helpless when she is spending time with Nemanja. The problem is that Nemanja is not in love with her but with Marina (Vanja Ejdus), a girl by a few years younger. Unfortunately, Marina is not in love with him, she is very attracted to Alek's "Slavic depression". She doesn't know that reason for his "charm of a desperate" is his failure with Teodora, she thinks Alek was born like that.
