ZONE is a melodrama about a girl with paranormal abilities who fights against a system that tries to calculate and completely record people in a hermetically sealed area. In a time torn from chronology the rebel sets off with a bundle of hope in search of counterspaces and a life that feels like her own. Time and space collapse into each other. A country can be experienced through the pain, sadness and desire of its inhabitants.

Under the auspicious name "Magical Mystery" the Berlin techno label BummBumm Records wants to go on a rave tour. Karl Schmidt aka Charly himself was once an aspiring artist on the scene, until he retired after a nervous breakdown five years ago. Since then he lives in a supervised withdrawal WG in Hamburg. Now, as a driver and custodian for the party-loving DJs and their producers, he becomes part of "Magical Mystery", trying to lead a self-determined life after years of patronizing and well-intentioned advice.

It´s 1973, the scene is New York, there´s a strange virus, a penis transplant, a saw and a stick of leeks: Adam is not successful with women and has a rather tiny penis, but his friend Dick is a very successfull lover, owning "the largest cock in town". When Dick suddenly dies of the virus, Adam sees his chance for a better genital area. But does the shady Dr. Cockburn really know what he's doing? Why does poor Adam change into a sex maniac?
