Cecile (Julie Estelle) must face the fact that her fiance, Marco (Marcell Chandrawinata) cheats on her. Oka (Nino Fernandez) has a similar affair. Her girlfriend cheats on him. Then Budiman meets Marsya, a singer, who is also the daughter of her uncle's boss. On the journey, Budiman is chased by Sarkawi’s goons, Diran and Dirun. The film resembles the Hollywood film, "Home Alone".
The poet Ibrahim Kadir plays himself in a political drama about his arrest and incarceration in Aceh in the 1960s. Kadir survived the mass murder of suspected communists by the Indonesian government that cost between 500,000 and two million lives.
