Following his father’s deathbed confession about the location of his last will and testament, Tang Sen (Bai Ke) packs up and heads to India with his friend Wu Kong (Wang Baoqiang) in search of it. Champion competitive marksman Ken comes across an armored van robbery. He sees a policeman held hostage and shoots and kills four of the robbers. One of the robbers escapes and the policeman survives. The case is handled by Jerry Chang, whom Ken knows from having recently beaten him in a shooting match. Ken is found not guilty in court. Soon after, Ken is attacked by the escaped robber Pang Tao. Their confrontation reveals a very different background story and brings about a myriad of lies and traps and changes in relationships as Jerry and Ken try to outsmart each other.

Now the remake stars Nicky Wu, who has just returned to the silver screen with the blockbuster A Battle of Wits alongside Andy Lau, and Huang Yi from the TV versions of Everlasting Regret and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Roy Cheung from Johnnie To's Exiled also plays a crucial role in the film. With Yuen Wah from Kung Fu Hustle in the supporting cast and also serving as the action choreographer, this 2006 remake promises action sequences just as stunning as in King Hu's original. Unlike the many period epics released recently, the film puts greater emphasis on the historical aspect rather than the visual effects.

A teenage girl falls in love with a pimp and is forced into prostitution. [from the Tai Seng Catalog] Amy, Michelle and Yan are three bored teen girls run out of money and decide to trick a guy into paying for their dinner. Their behaviour gets them the attention of a gang leader, Danny, who takes the eldest girl, Amy, as his girlfriend, but with the clear (to everyone but Amy) intention of making her into a hooker. Yan is also drawn into this gang, and the two do become hookers. When Michelle tries to get them out, she is targeted for revenge.

Bullet, a female triad member, is recently released from prison.
