Ricky y su compañero, apodado 'Músculos', son dos policías que viajan hasta Tokio para coger a un peligroso criminal. Pero cuando llegan les tienden una trampa y se llevan a Ricky secuestrado, por lo que Músculos recibe la ayuda de la inspectora Barbara Woo y del gordinflón Fastbuck para llevar el caso. Los tres, gracias a su audacia y su conocimiento en artes marciales, lucharán para liberar a Ricky y cazar a los delincuentes.

Ko Ming Chung, a wildly popular movie actor is having an illicit affair with similarly popular thespian Ai Ling. Though Ming Chung's wife quietly puts up with this infidelity, so long as he does not try to leave her, Ai Ling's spouse is less forgiving, a middle-aged oaf prone to violence. When the tabloids get wind of the liaison, the two secret lovers find themselves headline news throughout the colony. Ming Chung's wife soon starts to mount a media blitz, painting Ai Ling as a husband-stealing, home-wrecking shrew.
The five members of the band the Wynners are all packing up, ready for a singing tour in USA. Uncle Kau, a boss of a triad, planning to exchange their guitars with narcotics inside with the Wynners', so that their narcotics can be carried to USA. But he fails, as the Wynners has to cancel their plan, for a fire broke out in the night club. Uncle Kau thus dispatches three of his followers Wo, Anny and Jane to steal back the guitars.
