Ayreon Universe es Ayreon en vivo en concierto por primera vez, organizado y arreglado por Arjen A. Lucassen y Joost van den Broek. Esta actuación fue filmada durante el segundo espectáculo en Tilburg el sábado 16 de septiembre de 2017. Junto a Arjen Lucassen para este concierto estaban los artistas invitados Floor Jansen (Nightwish/After Forever), Damian Wilson (Headspace), Hansi Kursch (Blind Guardian), Tommy Karevik ( Kamelot), Anneke Van Giersbergen (The Gathering/Vuur), Marco Hietala (Nightwish/Tarot) Jonas Renkse (Katatonia).

The Theater Equation is a 2016 live album and DVD/BluRay by Arjen Anthony Lucassen's progressive rock/metal rock opera project Ayreon. The Theater Equation consists of a live performance, with cast, choir and small orchestra, of the 2004 album The Human Equation. It marks the first time an Ayreon album was played live entirely, and the first Ayreon live release.
