En Frankenstein Contra el Monstruo del Espacio, la Princesa Marcuzan y su asistente enano llegan a Puerto Rico y se dedican a secuestrar mujeres para obtener material reproductivo y salvar el planeta del que provienen. Entre tanto un astronauta androide vuelve a la tierra y se convierte en Frankenstein, que ataca a los marcianos y rescata a las chicas.
