Mucho tiempo después de su curso de Erasmus en España, Xavier está casado y tiene dos hijos, pero aun así sigue encontrando la vida muy complicada. Cuando su mujer se traslada a Nueva York por razones de trabajo, incapaz de soportar la situación, decide seguirla con los niños.
