The movie “One Night at School” describes three groups of totally irrelevant people who accidentally encounter in an abandon school one night. One group includes five beauties who go there for a livestreaming programme. They are forced to make a low cost but highly attractive programme and the abandon school seems a perfect setting. Several people from a criminal gang are also in the school at that night to carry out some revenge action. After searching in the city, the gang decides that the abandon school is suitable. The last group comprises two guys who have stolen the dead body of a Singaporean rich man. The body is stored in the abandoned school where the two guys go to check every day. They plan to extort a large sum of virtual currency from the rich man’s family. By taking care of their own matter at the same place at the same time, the three groups unintentionally intertwine and the adventure unfolds.

When a film crew is haunted by paranormal activities, the director decides to cast her to play a ghost; When a taxi driver takes his girlfriend to a party room to get it on, a horny ghost adds spice to the proceedings; When a wandering ghost refuses to leave a soon-to-be-gentrified mall, the tenants concoct a plan to send her off.

Following Tales from the Dark and Are You Here, Siu Yam Yam scares audiences again in the horror film The Girl Shaman. The Shaw Brothers veteran is flanked by a young lineup of actresses including Ashina Kwok (Lazy Hazy Crazy), Maggie Lee (La Lingerie), Daisy Li and Yan Linglan of Seven Sense. After losing her boyfriend to a drowning accident, 19-year-old Xueni (Ashina Kwok) agrees to a soul-swap contract with an elderly shaman (Siu Yam Yam). Having gained the power to wander the realms of the living and dead, Xueni sets out to save her boyfriend's soul.

Childhood friends Tracy, Chloe and Alice share an apartment over the summer. They live close together, meet guys and sell their company as well as sex. With a romantic imagery and sometimes provocative theme the female debutant director Luk Yee-sum give the audience a playful story about sexuality, desire and friendship.
