Ali and Zuhal take their first step out of the orphanage into this big world committing a crime. Kosmos llega a un pequeño pueblo turco cerca de la frontera con Rusia. Conforme se aproxima al río, oye una joven gritar. Su hermano pequeño ha sido arrastrado por la corriente. Kosmos se lanza al agua y lo rescata. El niño revive cuando Kosmos lo coge en sus brazos. Las noticias del milagro llegan hasta el pueblo y Kosmos es elevado a la categoría de héroe. Pero se trata de una persona bastante extraña y nadie consigue entender sus charlas sobre la vida y el universo...
