Kouta Noda is a 2nd grade high school student at a village. A transfer student, Tendo, from Tokyo becomes Kouta Noda’s classmate. Tendo has a mysterious mood. The two teens becomes friends and spend time having fun, but, one day, one of Kouta's friends disappears. There is a local village legend that one kid will disappear every 100 years.

Rin is a popular singer. He is about to propose to his girlfriend Mami, but they get into an argument. Rin runs out of the home and, while walking around, he suddenly goes down in the middle of a crosswalk. Takehito is the vocalist of unpopular indie band "Even" and he happens to see Rin on his hands and knees at the crosswalk. Rin tries to help him get up, but they are involved in a car accident. When Rin wakes up at the hospital, he sees himself laying in the hospital bed unconscious. He realizes that he is in Takehito's body. To Let Mami know that he is in Takehito's body and to send her his love, he begins to write a song with the members of "Even."

Conocidos como S.W.O.R.D. Antes de estas 5 bandas, la legendaria banda de "Mugen" dominaba la ciudad. Mugen y "los hermanos Amamiya" (que no se someten a Mugen) se enfrentaron, poco despues Mugen se disolvió. Ahora la ciudad enfrenta enemigos que quieren hacerse con el control. Ellos son el Grupo Iemura y un grupo misterioso llamado "Mighty Warriors"

High school students go on a graduation trip. They become gripped with fear by the spirit of a dead classmate. Their classmate committed suicide on Valentine's Day, one year ago. She left behind the words "Let's meet one year later." The students must overcome their fear and find out the truth behind the tragedy that took place one year earlier.
