El mundo está a punto de ser destruido por el Synapse, cuando Tomoki le da la orden a Ikaros de llevarlo a destruirlo, pero ella no se puede acercar al Synapse ya que tiempo atrás cuando ella iba a destruir el mundo recibió la orden de un humano para que destruyera el Synapse, pero fue detenida por cuatro Angeloids, y después le colocaron algo en sus alas para que no pudiera acercarse nuevamente al Synapse. Al enterarse de esto Tomoki le ordena a Ikaros que se retire, orden que ella se niega a acatar ya que la Tierra está a punto de desaparecer.
