Joseph, un apasionado bailarín de hip-hop, se niega a entrar en la compañía de su padre para probar suerte en París. Junto a su novia Emma y su mejor amigo Karim, se une a la banda de Yuri en París, un famoso breaker, para intentar ganar un concurso internacional de hip-hop. Pero el día de las selecciones, nada sucede como esperaba: Joseph es traicionado por Emma y Yuri. Recogido por Remi, un célebre antiguo bailarín, Joseph descubre el mundo de la danza clásica y conoce a la brillante Chloe.
