Billy was a child prodigy who had invented and hosted a successful music podcast at nine. He is now 19, lives with his eccentric mother, is secretly in love with a girl, only visits children aged between 8 and 12 and does not know what to do with his life.

One cold winter morning, Dr. Fleischmann (literally, ‘man of flesh') realizes he is starting to lose his memory. So begins a morality tale, in a dream-like state in which truth and fiction become entangled and lose their contours. The main character, a scientist, is reluctantly drawn into a world - his disease - in which mysterious bonds prevail: those between fate and the biological and physiological criteria that regulate existence. The film is based on a story of the same name by Giorgio Pressburger.

Este documental, filmado en locaciones de Austria, Italia y México, retrata el lado humano y emocional del archiduque de Habsburgo en diferentes etapas de su vida, especialmente durante su estancia en México –a donde llegó para ser emperador–, la vida al lado de su esposa Carlota y su trágica muerte en 1867. Para construir el guion, se consultó a historiadores austriacos y mexicanos, y a un descendiente de los Habsburgo.

This is illustrated by paintings and prints from the time as well as major performances of today. In this film, many countertenors are featured in famous roles and in interviews, amongst them Jochen Kowalski, Andreas Scholl, David Daniels, Daniel Behle and Valer Barna-Sabadus.
