Narra la historia de cómo dos extraños muy diferentes entre sí, lidian con su propio dolor. Shiv Kumar, es un profesor de psicología de edad avanzada, quien acude a diario al hospital de Kochi para visitar a su esposa Pankaja, quien esta en estado de coma. Tara Kapoor, es una agente de publicidad, que llega al mismo hospital tras el accidente de coche que involucró a su marido Rajat Deshpande. Los dos no pueden ser más diferentes entre sí.
