Teenage Pajama Party wastes no time as the opening credits roll while a variety of "teens" stroll through their inner city neighborhood and file into young Kim's (Candy Love) apartment for a slumber party. No sooner than the parents shut the door for their night out, the girls disrobe to a ripped off instrumental version of David Bowie's Fame. After a brief period of dancing they don their pajamas and gather around the telephone to listen to an obscene caller, an uncredited fat slob who masturbates while reciting a violent fantasy to one of the girls.

Three unrelated stories. The first is about a dissatisfied, hurtful couple clinging together to spite each other rather than take the risk of finding a relationship. The second story consists of a series of female clients at a psychologist's office that each tell their bitter and sad stories of how they developed their attitudes towards men or sex in general. The final story is a day in the life of a model that can't seem to get past posing for the men's magazine circuit, the daily abuse she deals with, her feelings of enslavement, and the impact upon her sanity.

A drug dealer and his girlfriend decide to rip off their supplier. The supplier finds out and kidnaps the girlfriend to persuade the dealer to return his drugs, but things don't turn out quite as he expected.

Young Lisa brings her fiancé home to meet her parents, who don't know he's black. They are shocked and servants appalled, but he helps her mom feel better, and Lisa satisfies her dad.
