The film revolves around the lives of two childhood friends Sreekuttan and Anwar, who fall for the same girl
Manu Krishnan (Dileep) is a male nurse in a reputed hospital. He is the Son of Ratheesh Kumar (Cochin Haneefa), a film junior artist. He has a special relationship with Dr. Priya (Vimala Raman), but is also in love with Leena (Samvrutha Sunil), the star contestant in the popular music reality show. Manu later in search of a job goes to an Agraharam to take care of a mentally ill patient and a girl from the Agraharam, Bhama (Sruthi Lakshmi) falls in love with him. Now the three girls want to marry Manu but none of their parents want to have Manu as son-in-law. The rest of the movie is about the trouble Manu has to take when the three meet and whom does he marry.
Krishna Prasad (Jayaram) has loved elephants ever since he was a child. This love makes it hard for him to keep a regular job. But things change when Gauri (Remya Nambeeshan) enters his life.
Madhu aka Madhavan (Jayaram) is a successful playback singer. Chandramathi (Urvashi) is his illiterate, rustic, betel-chewing wife with a bad habit of spitting in wrong places, and they have four children. It can be described as incompatible matrimony but still a happy one. Madhu loves his wife even though they are out of sync because she has brought him luck. Here enters Lekha (Mamta Mohandas), a sophisticated urban model-cum-singer, who finds a place in the hearts of all the family members. Chandramathi thinks Lekha will be the perfect wife for her husband and a good mother for her children.
