Encuentra algunos amigos fieles en el camino, especialmente una cantante (Fanny Navarro) y un pianista (Nathan Pinzon). Desafortunadamente, el cirujano se convierte en lo mismo que desprecia cuando toma la maleza. El clímax enfrenta a los buenos contra las fuerzas malignas de un narcotraficante (Eduardo Cuitino) y su pandilla. Hector Quintanilla proporciona un poco de humor intencional como un tonto tonto.
