La película es secuela de Ia serie de televisión, después de que Kuroko y Kagami pasan a ser estudiantes de segundo año. Un equipo americano de baloncesto callejero (“street basket”) llamado Jabberwock, viaja a Japón para jugar un -partido amistoso con un equipo japonés, pero tras una apabullante derrota del equipo local, los miembros del Jabberwock se mofan del baloncesto japonés. Esto causa el enfado del padre de Riko, que decidirá reunir al equipo titular de la Generación de los Milagros más Kuroko y Kagami. EI equipo se llamará Vorpal Swords, y tendrá que encargarse de realizar un partido de revancha contra Jabberwock

Kasahara Iku and Dojo Atsushi receive an emergency recall in the middle of their date as Japan is rocked by a terror attack. Their new duty is a protection detail assigned to Touma Kurato, an author. She sees a child's figure by the table eating some rice crackers just before it slips into the wardrobe, but the wardroebe appears to be empty... Thus her life with six spirit children begins.
