Near future. Lera Arabova is a 15-year-old girl who lives with her family in Vladivostok. Lera's father has been working at the orbiting space station "Mira" for many years and has long lost contact with his daughter, turning only into a voice on the phone. After a meteor shower hits the city, Lera has only one chance to save her loved ones and the city from a new disaster. Her father helps her in this - through satellite surveillance systems and the telephone, he uses every opportunity to send a message to his daughter, watching from above from the station her every step.

Tras un enorme y misterioso accidente, un joven y talentoso arquitecto se despierta en un mundo muy distinto del que recordaba. Pronto descubre que su nueva realidad se basa en las memorias de aquellos que viven en él: gente que en la actualidad están en un coma profundo. La memoria humana es irregular, caótica e inestable, rasgos que comparte con "COMA", una colección de ciudades, glaciares y ríos, todos presentes en la misma habitación. En ella, todas las leyes de la física pueden romperse. El arquitecto debe encontrar la lógica intrínseca que rige COMA mientras pelea por su vida, buscando desesperadamente una salida que le permita regresar al mundo real.

The plot of the film develops in two different time periods. The main character wakes up and realizes that he has spent over 50 years in a coma, but has not aged at all. Nobody knows what happened to him. Fragments of memories lead him to a remote village, far away from civilization, where he had traveled half a century ago to study a mysterious radio signal. There is now a research station there that studies strange local anomalies. The main character starts his own investigation and gradually uncovers the events of the past. Many years ago, local residents discovered a crashed alien spaceship a few kilometers away from the village. The ship contained alien bodies inside sarcophagi. It turned out that the ship’s technology slows down the aging process, and the village residents started worshipping the dormant aliens, believing them to be gods.
