A mother leaves three kids in the care of Saejima and it's up to Onizuka and the gang to track her down. Meanwhile Miki is having some problems with her dad all the while a handsome and mysterious cram school teacher appears.

Meguru, a young woman, comes to the big city in pursuit of her acting dreams. On her way to an audition, she stumbles on a ringing cell phone lying in the street. She picks up the phone. There's a young man in the other end.

Aubrey (Amber Tamblyn) viajará a Tokio para buscar a su hermana Karen Davis (Sarah Michelle Gellar), que sufrió una misteriosa maldición. Allí tendrá también que enfrentarse a los fantasmas de Kayako y Toshio, que vienen desde el más allá para vengarse de los vivos. Pero no serán las únicas que se enfrentarán a la maldición…
