Ryo tiene por costumbre aceptar sólo casos de mujeres bonitas, lo cual le traerá más de un quebradero de cabeza.

En su viaje, la pequeña abeja hace amistad con toda clase de estraños insectos como la oruga Kunekane o el escarabajo pelotero Poncho que le ayudarán a salir adelante en un ambiente a menudo hostil. Además, al llegar al pueblo de Sepiatown conoce a Amy, una niña humana de buen corazón que toca la harmónica en soledad y que es capaz de comunicarse con los insectos. Tras salvarla de la mantis religiosa Kamakichi, Amy se hace amiga de Hutch y le promete que le ayudará a encontrar a su madre.

On a walk home, Keroro and Fuyuki stumble upon a hidden shrine. Upon exploring it, they end up causing damage to a shining orb within it. That night, Keroro finds a large X on his face, which causes him considerable distraught. The next morning, a breaking news story shows that the X has spread to more than just Keroro, giving the people of Tokyo telepathic abilities, including the Hinata Household and the Keroro Platoon. The Pekoponians seem to think this is a great gift, but the mark may actually be part of a Pekopon invasion older than time itself.

Sho and his friend Tetsurou stumble upon an odd alien artifact while walking through the woods. Then, the alien artifact breaks free of its metallic bonds and enters Sho's body, turning him into the Guyver. With this new power, Sho must do battle with the evil Chronos corporation and their genetically enhanced Zoanoids, who seek to get the Guyver back into their labs. No one close to Sho is safe from Chronos. He must fight.
