Erica and her long time girlfriend are thrilled that the changing laws have finally allowed them to marry. But before they tie the knot, Erica has a girls night out with her college roommate and some of her fellow lesbian friends. After a long night of celebrating, the girls return home and begin to reminisce about first loves, first times and hot sex.

Recently single Marisa is unwillingly sent on a blind date by her best friend. Her date, Brian, is definitely not her type. After a few cocktails though, things get out of hand and Marisa wakes up in his bed. She tries to make her escape but her walk of shame is foiled when she discovers there has been an overnight ice storm. Now Marisa and Brian are stuck together in his apartment over a holiday weekend. With nothing else to do but get to know one another, they both learn that sometimes first impressions are quite wrong.

Pero al final, el cerebro resulta proceder del cuerpo de una persona que en vida fue un asesino en serie. Mientras el monstruo que han creado entre los dos se va volviendo loco, la popularidad de Frank va ganando peso, así como el romance que este cerebrito está gestando hacia Macy.
