The Agency is a cold place, a place where the sound of distant machines at work is heard only because of the silence that otherwise reigns amongst its white walls. But Mrs. Hold cares little about the silence. She knows The Agency is the best place to purchase a husband, and so this morning when she got ready, she thought it would be fun to head down and make some choices.

Un equipo de técnicos se sumergen en el fondo del mar en una cápsula submarina para reparar un oleoducto. Pretendía ser un trabajo rutinario pero una inesperada y violenta tormenta hunde el barco al que está unido la cápsula. El equipo de rescate tarda en llegar y el aire se acaba. Mientras la tensión aumenta y las soluciones para salvar las vidas de los cuatro se agotan, ellos deberán decidir qué hacer en su lucha por la supervivencia.
