Todo sucede en un edificio de apartamentos en el que habitan varios espíritus. Cerca de él se muda a vivir una estudiante universitaria llamada Rin de 18 años, quien acaba involucrándose en varios problemas del edificio tras descubrirlo y acaba sabiendo la verdad sobre el lugar.
