Rollpanna visits Ukikimo Castle and meets Princess Lola. Her job is to wash away the world's dirt. However, the machine for that has broken down and Rollpanna helps her repair it. Worried that the Ukigumo Castle is dirty, Anpanman came to help. But Baikinman has invaded and tried to fill the world with dirt using "bamboo rain". Rollpanna is turned into Black Rollpanna, and then Currypanman is also turned black. Can Anpanman and friends save the day?

Confinada en la torre del castillo por su padre, la princesa Arete pasa sus días mirando al mundo exterior por su ventana, observando a la gente en su trabajo. Los caballeros del reino compiten entre ellos para conseguir unos objetos mágicos, hechos por una raza de hechiceros ya desaparecidos, y poder casarse con la princesa y gobernar la tierra. Arete no quiere nada de esto. Ella desea conocer a los habitantes del pueblo y viajar a tierras exóticas que ha visto en los libros que oculta bajo su cama. Un día, el hechicero Boax llega en una increíble máquina de vuelo y le pide matrimonio para así poder convertirla en una princesa digna.

One evening, Mimi and students were stargazing through a telescope. When Creampanda peeped into the telescope, burning objects were falling. When Anpanman landed on one of them, Princess Yada appeared. The princess said that her home star of Yada was full of garbage, and asked for Anpanman's help. Anpanman thought that only Gomira could solve this and headed for Yada star with Gomira.
However, on Yada star Baikinman and the giant robot "Dust Demon" were waiting in ambush.

A terrible war has ravaged the land, and now, fuelled by the blood of numerous fallen warriors the Yoma, demons from hell, emerge once more. A skilled ninja seeks to end the bloodshed these demons inflict upon humanity, but to do this he must fight against his undead former best friend and fellow ninja who was killed in battle and has been resurrected to serve the Yoma.
