Satire on the vicissitudes of a politician who should inaugurate a bridge, and the problems he finds. The inauguration of a new bridge is traditionally a big event. The orchestra play, crowds of people, kids waving flags, media. A prominent person has the honorary assignment of cutting off the red ribbon. But the band resists all attacks by scissors, knives and axes and the resolution becomes macabre and unexpected.
