James Garland Quintel (born September 18, 1982) is an American voice actor, animator, television writer, producer and director best known for creating Cartoon Network’s Regular Show (2009-2017) and HBO Max’s Close Enough (2020-2022). He also wrote and directed Regular Show: The Movie (2015)

Horton no es sólo un bondadoso y torpón elefante, sino tambíen es el único animal capaz de oir a una microscópica comunidad aislada en una mota de polvo, lo que provocará que sus vecinos le tomen por loco e intenten destruir la mota de polvo en la que el pueblo de Villaquien vive en pacífica armonía. Horton está dispuesto a ayudar a los habitantes de Villaquién cuya frágil existencia pende de un hilo.

Two store clerks slacking off at work (at a gas station) on Halloween go on an acid trip. Created by J.G. Quintel the characters were the basis for Mordacai and Benson on the Regular Show. The taller clerk, voiced by Quintel, introduces to the shorter clerk, voiced by Sam Marin, what he describes as a piece of "candy", to which later is learned to be laced with LSD. The characters then go on an acid trip, seeing each other morph into characters and objects. Sam's character is paranoid because he has not had acid before, and they attempt to figure out a plan as to how to "sober themselves up" before they are noticed by work personnel or police enforcement attention.
